Cherries

I've been pitting cherries lately...

I had big plans for dried cherries... started the dehydrator last night... the directions said 18-22 hours for cherries. I let it run overnight... for 12 hours and this morning when I checked them... they were done... too done... more like crispy.

I'll try again today... unless the birds get to the rest of the cherries before I do.
